You can read all about Tiffany Masters, Owner/Main Caregiver on the Home page!
Angie Strawn, Second in Command
Overnight/Live-In Caregiver
Angie, my new PT back-up sitter. Those of you whom she's already sat for seem to love Angie as much as I do. Angie is retired Air Force with 20+ years of military service! She has the same values and work ethics as I do, and she loves the fur babies as I do! Welcome ANGIE!!
Yvette Ybanez, Drive-By Specialist & Walker
Yvette is a retired, faith-devoted mother and grandmother who enjoys gardening, shopping, and spending time with her four grandchildren—as well as her four very spoiled fur babies.
Donna & Richard Cruz, Overnight/Live-In Caregiver Team
Donna & Richard were the main caregivers for Tiffany's fur-baby, Joshua, The Super Dog. Tiffany has known them for over 25 yrs. Donna's back ground was in insurance. Richard is a mechanic and still works on cars from time to time. They are both retired and have 4 grandchildren, 3 of who live in San Antonio.
Gill Eastland, Overnights/Live-In Caregiver/Drive-by's/Walks
After a 42-year career in the insurance industry, Gill is now enjoying retirement with a fulfilling second chapter—caring for dogs. A lifelong dog parent, he doesn’t see it as work at all, but as a genuine pleasure to look after some of the best companions anyone could ask for.
My Favorite SA Pet Sitter – Pet Sitting Guidelines
• Authorized Visitors Only
No one other than the assigned sitter and Tiffany Masters (Owner) is permitted in the client’s home without explicit client approval.
Exception: Married sitters may have their spouse visit briefly (e.g., for lunch or dinner), but overnight stays or extended visits require prior client permission.
• Time Away from Home
Sitters should not be away from the client’s home for more than 2–2.5 hours at a time, up to three times per day. We understand that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic accidents, road closures) may occasionally cause delays, but sitters should make every effort to stay within this time-frame.
• Home Cleanliness
The home must be maintained in the same clean condition as it was upon the client’s departure.
• Bedding Standards
All bedding used by the sitter must be cleaned, and the bed must be properly made before the client returns.
• Client Communication
Sitters are required to maintain consistent communication with clients. This includes sending updates and photos at least 1–2 times per day, or more frequently based on the client’s preferences.
