When it comes to availability, Tiffany, the Owner & Main Caregiver can book up rather quickly during typical vacation season, such as summer & holidays. Tiffany has brought on extra help! We are pleased to introduce Angie Strawn, feel free to read about her on the Team Members page.

Feel free to check the Calendar below for both Tiffany & Angie's availability.

Don't let a booked or busy calendar deter you from calling or sending a request on the "Contact Us" form. Thing change sometimes very last minute and they might be available even at the last minute or for unexpected emergencies.

Cancellation Policy

Effective October 1, 2023, Cancellation Policy is as follows:

For Overnight sits (this includes last minute cancellations due to weather, illness, etc., or returning early)

· If canceling within 14 calendar days of first day of sit, a 50% of total sit cancellation fee applies.

· If canceling within 10 calendar days of first day of sit, full fee for entire sit is due.

As a client of My Favorite SA Pet Sitter (a.k.a. Tiffany Masters) it is deeply appreciated how much it is understood that this is my main source of income and how hard it is to fill last minute cancellations.

For Drive-By, Let Out, Feed, (this includes last minute cancellations due to weather, illness, etc., or returning early)

· If canceling within 7 calendar days of first day of Drive-By, a 50% of total Drive-Bys cancellation fee applies.

· If canceling within 3 calendar days of first day of Drive-By, full fee for entire duration of Drive-Bys is due.

Per day, not per night. example: a weekend leaving on Friday and coming back on Sunday is 3 days no matter time of departure & arrival back home.
