 At My Favorite SA Pet Sitter, we understand that plans can change. However, because pet-sitting reservations hold space on the calendar and are difficult to fill on short notice, the following cancellation policies apply.

Sits 10 Days or Longer

(Applies to both Overnight Stays and Drive-By Visits)

• If cancellation occurs 120–31 calendar days before the start of the sit, 50% of the total sit fee is due.
• If cancellation occurs within 30 calendar days of the start of the sit, the full fee for the entire sit is due.

Overnight Sits Less Than 10 Days

(Includes last-minute cancellations due to weather, illness, early return, etc.)

• If canceling within 14 calendar days of the first day of the sit, a 50% cancellation fee of the total sit applies.
• If canceling within 10 calendar days of the first day of the sit, the full fee for the entire sit is due.

Drive-By / Let-Out / Feeding Visits Less Than 10 Days

(Includes last-minute cancellations due to weather, illness, early return, etc.)

• If canceling within 7 calendar days of the first scheduled visit, a 50% cancellation fee of the total scheduled visits applies.
• If cancelled within 3 calendar days of the first scheduled visit, the full fee for the entire scheduled duration is due.

We truly appreciate your understanding that pet sitting is the primary source of income for Tiffany Masters, owner of My Favorite SA Pet Sitter. Last-minute cancellations and long sits that cancel are often very difficult to refill on short notice. Thank you for respecting these policies and supporting our small business!
